Fancy Dress
Some as flowers, some as green peas, Some dressed as leaders to spread as joy and peace. A king, a Queen, a fairy, a Tree. Some as Nehruji and some as Gandhiji. The school seemed to be painted in the colors of happiness in September as our lovely kids of std 1 and 2 dressed up to their best for the Fancy dress Competition.
Recitation
Recitation is a form of self-expression with the creativity of words and emotion to convey a message to the audience.It has a direct impact in helping young children develop literacy skills.
Our blooming buds conveyed wonderful messages through their poems during the recitation competition held in the month of August. Each child was confident enough to present thoughtful poems and make the programme a success.
Handwriting Competition
The action of emotion of thoughts and of decision that has recorded the history of mankind, revealed the genius of invention, and disclosed the inmost depths of the heart. Handwriting ties us to the thoughts and the deeds of our forebears and serves as an irrevocable link to humanity. No machine or technology can replace the contribution or continuing importance of this skill. It has been necessary in every age and is vital to civilization.
Preserving and encouraging this vital art a handwriting competition was conducted for the students . The students put forth their best hand to leave a beautifully written passage.

Debate Competition
No two persons are alike in looks, thoughts and views. Each individual has his own perspective towards any issue. It can be positive or negative. This discussion of positive and negative thoughts leads to a debate.
It is rightly said, for good ideas and true motivation, you need human interaction, conflict, argument and debate. Encouraging the students personality & enhancing their progress.
Sinhgad Spring Dale School ,Erandwane, conducted a debate competition. The preliminary round was conducted in the class for the students. The English teachers then selected the best four students from each class for the Final debate.

Collage Making
A collage making competition was held in Sinhgad Spring Dale School Erandwane.
The themes given were, ‘ Unity in Diversity ‘ and ‘ Save the Girl Child ‘. The aim was to explore the creativity of students. A great enthusiasm was seen in the students during the event. They used a variety of material to create the collage. The efforts of the students were remarkable and the most creative collage was adjudged the winner.
